A clean, honest, no-nonsense approach to property. We worked with Treston to purchase one property recently and found him very proactive, organised and honest to work with. He was upfront and no-nonsense in his communication, had a good understanding of the market and was professional to a 'T'. He worked hard for his client (the seller), which we respect as we'd expect the same in their shoes. However he was also pragmatic about the market position and fair in his dealings at all times. We'd happily buy through him again.

I Went to the Suburb Expert, & Got An Exceptional Result. Peter's reputation as the expert for my suburb & surrounds preceded him, & even after just the initial consultations, I could see why. I'd had 2 other appraisals, both significantly lower than Peter's, but he took the time to explain his reasoning, & it all made a lot of sense - not just being optimistic, his rationales had a lot to back him up. After I engaged Peter, the market softened significantly, with many homes being passed in, or selling for much lower than expected. Peter acknowledged this, but said he felt that with the right campaign strategy, we could limit the impact of that market issue. His campaign was intense, very hands-on, & wide-reaching. He also accurately read the feedback he & his team were getting, & his suggestion that we have even more Open Homes proved fruitful in attracting more interested parties. This flexibility was impressive, the dedication he showed to the goal of maximizing the interest in my home was exceptional. He was extremely honest with all the potential buyers, definitely NOT enticing them with the (unrealistic) promise of a bargain. I heard the comments after the auction, & all were grateful for his honesty & the attention he had given each party. His pre-auction suggestions for setting the Reserve & his rationale as well as outlining possible consequences of incorrect Reserve setting was incredibly valuable, & I felt that I had a high degree of control, & that the team were very aware of my thinking - and my agreement with Peter's auction strategies. I am so impressed, and grateful, that the price he secured for my sale was over $200,000 MORE than the upper appraisals of the other agents, & was well over the minimum of Peter's range. He predicted very accurately the result I could expect, even within a shaky & soft market. I am absolutely certain that I would not have got this result had I not chosen Peter - nor if he not been so well respected within the Real Estat

Genuine, pleasant and easy experience. Phillip and I met Kellie when we attended an open home on a house we have now been lucky enough to purchase. In the end, we attended 3 open homes to view the property, had numerous email and phone conversations with Kellie and then we met with Kellie to sign the contract the for the pre-settlement inspection. Kellie presents as friendly, professional and efficient. Most importantly for us, she does not present as forced or fake as many real estate agents can. We were obviously aware that Kellie was working for the vendor. Through conversation, it was also obvious to us that Kellie respected the vendors and really cared about this sale on behalf of them. But we also felt Kellie cared about us. Our interactions over time demonstrated to us that Kellie is not an average agent. She understands the process, is willing to openly and honestly discuss the property, is realistic with price guidance and sales information and can explain and back her thinking and ideas with relevant and local examples demonstrating her intimate knowledge of the property and the wider market. Most importantly, Kellie is honest and genuine, wanting the best for all involved in the sale/buying experience. We would highly recommend Kellie to others and will be seeking her out in the future when we need to sell again. Thank you Kellie for making this experience easy and pleasant.

I chose Phyllis because she's honest, knows the market well and is very good at her job.. . Phyllis is an extremely good agent. She has an exceptional knowledge of the market, especially in Cook, and was able to manage my expectations very gently. She ran a great campaign, with around 50 groups inspecting my home. She communicated with me regularly, including chasing up questions from possible buyers. She and Troy Reddick ran the auction and subsequent negotiations very well. A number of my friends and family commented on how good an auctioneer Troy is and how well Phyllis ran the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Phyllis to anyone seeking to sell their home.
